This device mainly has three functions: top-side sealing, vacuum pre sealing, Degassing lithium battery; This machine through the display interface classification accurately control the top side packaging, pre-packaging, vacuum static three functions. It is composed of heating seal, vacuum pump box and pneumatic heat seal component, which automatically completes the top side sealing, pre-sealing and vacuum static degassing three functions of the battery aluminum-plastic shell.

* The head is made of copper material, good heat transfer effect, save power consumption, improve work efficiency, energy saving than similar products;
* The pressure of the upper and lower head can be adjusted by the pressure regulator to achieve different process parameter requirements;
* The upper and lower head is driven by the cylinder through two linear guide sleeves, and the upper and lower movement isflexible, and the guide is accurate to ensure the parallelism of the product after edge sealing;
* The changes in the cavity can be observed while working through the perspective window;
* The cover cavity is driven by the cylinder, guided by the rotating guide sleeve, flexible up and down movement, accurate
guidance to ensure product sealing requirements;
* Can be applied to different specifications of product batteries, and the adjustment is simple and convenient;
* The main machine and control box split design, so that the machine can be placed in the glove box work, can also be placed in the assembly line work;
