Floor Buttons: The COP panel includes a set of buttons or switches

elevator's movement.
Door Open/Close Buttons: The COP panel typically has dedicated
buttons to open and close the elevator doors manually. These enable
passengers to hold or release the doors as needed, especially when

Alarm Button: An alarm button is provided on the COP panel to alert

emergency or distress situation. Pressing this button activates an
audible alarm or signals a central monitoring system.
