Install Method:
1. Lay flat on the ground.
2. Place the upright board on top.
3. After lifting the vertical board to a certain extent, pull it
forward to make it perpendicular to the bottom plate, and hook the
railing vertical board with the bottom plate.
4. Connect the vertical plate to the bottom plate with bolts.
