This series of dewatering screen are mainly used for dewatering, desliming and medium removal. 1. Using the combination of motor + bearing seat + coupling as the excitation source, it has strong power, reliable structure, high working frequency, large vibration intensity, low moisture content of products on the screen and high unit processing capacity.

2. The side plates are made of low-alloy structural steel, which has good welding performance and high strength. The connection of the side plates with the cross beams, motor seats and reinforcing plates all uses torsional shear high-strength bolts without welding, avoiding the problem of side plate cracking caused by welding stress.

3. The screen plate is made of imported polyurethane material, which has a high opening rate, good water permeability and a long service life. And rubber springs are selected, which have low noise and good damping effect.

4. The pre-dewatering screen plate is installed at a 45-degree angle to the horizontal, and the dewatering screen plate is installed with a negative inclination angle to increase the dewatering area and promote the materials to be dewatered as soon as possible to form a filter layer.
