1,Description:
Structure of anodic oxide film Anodic oxide film consists of two
layers, the outer layer is called porous layer, which is thicker,
loose and porous with low resistance. The inner layer is called the
barrier layer (also called active layer), which is thin, dense and
of high resistance. The porous outer layer grows on top of the
dense inner layer that has dielectric properties.Overall, the
anodic oxide film is a column of hexagonal cylinders, each of which
should be a solution-filled star-shaped holes, shaped like a
honeycomb structure, the thickness of the pore wall is twice the
diameter of the pore.
(1) Blocking layer The blocking layer is composed of anhydrous
AI2O3, thin and dense, with high hardness and prevent the current

(2) The porous outer oxide film consists mainly of amorphous AI2O3
and a small amount of r-AI2O3.H2O also contains anions from the
