Turning

The application of turning:
Single piece of small batch production, a variety of shafts, discs,
sets of parts are mostly used to adapt to a wide range of
horizontal lathes or CNC lathes to process. Large diameter and
short length parts, more vertical lathe to process. Batch
production of more complex shape, with internal holes and threads
of small and medium-sized shafts, sets of parts, should be selected
turret lathe processing.
Turning processing range:
Turning is to process the rotary body as the main processing
purpose. In the lathe can be processed cylindrical, end face,
taper, car forming surface, turning threads, winding springs and so
on. In addition, it can also drill, ream, ream, tapping and so on.
Turning machining accuracy is generally IT8-IT7, surface roughness
of Ra6.3-1.6μm; fine turning, machining accuracy of up to IT6-IT5,
roughness of up to Ra0.4-0.1μm. (Refer to different information
