The rotary vibrating screener is a high-precision fine powder screening machine,

features a fully enclosed structure, making it suitable for the screening and filtering of

particles, powders, and viscous liquids. The vibrating screener uses a vertically mounted

motor as the excitation source. Eccentric hammers are installed at the upper and lower

ends of the motor, converting the's rotational motion into three-dimensional movements

in horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions, and then transmitting this movement to the

screen surface. By adjusting the phase angles at upper and lower ends, the trajectory of

the material on the screen surface can be changed.

The structure of a vibrating screen usually includes a vibrating motor, vibrator, screen

frame, screen mesh, motor seat, and damping springs as the main.

The working principle of the vibrating screen is to use the excitation of the vibrating motor

as the source of vibration power, causing the material to thrown up on the screen and

moving forward in a straight line. The material enters the feed port of the screening

machine evenly from the feeder, and through the multi screen, it produces various

specifications of oversize and undersize materials, which are discharged from their

respective outlets. It has low energy consumption, high output, simple, easy

maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge, and is more

suitable for continuous operation.

Grading: Can accurately divide powders and granules into 2-5 grades, with grading

accuracy exceeding 95%.

Removal of impurities: Filter out the agglomerated materials from the material, with a

precision of over 98%.

Filtering: Removal of particulate matter/foreign objects from liquid materials, with a

filtering capacity of up to 5 tons per hour.
