Working Principle

Adaptive control: With the electronic control unit (ECU) and sensors, real-time monitoring of vehicle load, road conditions and driving status, automatic air pressure adjustment to optimize comfort and stability.

Load balance: When the load of the vehicle increases, the air bag automatically inflates to maintain the height of the body; Reduce the height of the exhaust when the load is reduced to avoid "tail collapse".

Main Role

The air bag plays a multi-faceted role. It effectively absorbs vibration from the road or outside, reducing the impact on the body or equipment, as well as noise, thus enhancing ride comfort. By adjusting the air pressure to change the stiffness and height of the vehicle suspension, it improves vehicle stability during cornering, braking, or under load. It automatically adapts to load changes by adjusting its height and stiffness, which is crucial for heavy trucks and buses to maintain optimal operating conditions. Moreover, through shock absorption and vibration control, it reduces fatigue wear on other vehicle or equipment parts, extending the overall service life. Environmentally, compared to conventional steel springs, the air-cushioned airpacks provide better performance with less weight, contributing to reduced fuel consumption and emissions.
