Description

The shock absorber converts the elastic energy of the spring into heat energy through the fluid to reduce the vibration of the road surface. It has a piston rod and a cylinder filled with oil, and a throttle hole on the piston to control the flow of oil to produce damping. The lower spring pad is located at the bottom of the spring and is used to secure and protect the spring, while acting as a buffer to reduce friction and impact between the spring and other components. The dust jacket covers the outside of the shock absorber, protecting the shock absorber from the intrusion of dust, impurities and moisture, preventing these pollutants from entering the inside of the shock absorber, affecting its normal work and service life. The spring seat supports the bottom of the spring and transfers the force of the spring to the vehicle's suspension system or axle, ensuring that the spring can function stably when working. The top rubber, located on the top of the shock absorber, is in contact with the body or frame, acting as a seal, buffer and protection, preventing the top of the shock absorber from directly rubbing with the body, and also absorbing some of the shock.
