Both the beam guide and ram guide undergo advanced super audio
quenching (achieving HRC≥50 hardness), while their sliding surfaces
receive plastic treatment (encompassing inclined iron and pressing
plate surfaces). This meticulous finishing preserves product
accuracy over extended periods and extends the maintenance interval
to a minimum of 10 years.
Electrically, the system is managed by a high-performance Japanese
Omron PLC, complemented by top-tier electrical components.
