1	Technical requirement
1.1	The type WXK-500C/WXK-500K CNC Roll Notching and Marking Machine with high robotization , precision, efficiency and safe operation can meet the needs of milling,dead slots and lettering at once installation.
1.2	Structure of the lathe bed is three parallel tracks. width of the lathe bed is over 900mm and its saddle is over 800mm.Because of the special structure, the machine have a excellent rigidity and aseismatic capacity. It can milling the tungsten carbide roller ring and HSS with the hardness from 80 to 86 HRA.
1.3	The big carriage of machine tool vertical mobile is ball screw,system control and with retaining mechanism.To ensure that the processing high hardness roll or big cutting work it when do not appear for center migration caused waste slots.
1.4	Milling body of cutter and milling body of swinging are relative installation and both of not interference, these are only at once disassembling and assembly parts can realization transformation of milling and lettering function,also not need electrical changer-over.
1.5	Quencher is used for machining lathe bed track which can improve the abrasion capacity. Horizontal feed-cutter is use trundle linear guide,it can be reducing frictional drag and improving mobile precision
1.6	Machine tool with institutions of presetting cutter ,vertical movement and horizontal movement of cutter tool on big carriage equipped with grating digital readout. To ensure that the accuracy of advancing and retreating cutter and change slots displacement. eliminate measure by eyes caused by break cutter.
1.7	Control is use siemens system 802DSL,LCD full-color display and five shaft servo control.
1.8	The machine is use Siemens servo system,five control shaft of machine are independent motor and drive, not allow shared drive.
