The stamping parts counting and packaging machine is an automated

Image acquisition
Light source system: The stamping parts to be inspected are illuminated by a specific
light source to ensure that there is sufficient and uniform light
on the surface of the stamping parts so that the camera can capture
a clear image. Parameters such as the type, intensity and angle of
the light source will be adjusted according to the material, shape
and surface characteristics of the stamping parts. For example, for
metal stamping parts with strong reflections, diffuse light sources
