The straight discharge vibrating screen uses a single horizontal vibrating motor as the excitation

source, with the vibrating motor placed on one side of the body After the material enters the

interior of the equipment, it makes an elliptical motion trajectory under the action of the vibration

source. While quickly and repeatedly completing the over action, the vibration force can

continuously strip, disperse, and reorganize the material, allowing the material to quickly pass

through the screen. The material that pass through the screen is discharged from the screen

discharge port according to the equipment's motion trajectory, completing the screening process.

The vibrating motor uses two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper

and lower ends of its shaft to convert the rotary motion of the vibrating motor into a combination

of horizontal, vertical, inclined, and centrifugal forces, which are then transmitted to the screen

surface to achieve the purpose of screening. By changing the phase angle and weight of the

upper and lower eccentric blocks, the magnitude of the exciting force and the trajectory of the

material movement can be changed.

The vibration source is divided into single motor and double motor structures, the material running

trajectory has various adjustable forms, and the applicability of the equipment is significantly

increased; the direct discharge of materials has a larger processing capacity. It is mainly used for

rough screening and precision screening of granular powders in industries such as flour, starch,

laundry powder, metal powder, additives, chemicals, and non-minerals, with large processing

capacity and easy integration with production lines.
