2.1zinc kettle
According to the workpiece size and production requirements, the
size of the zinc kettle would be : 2×1×1.2m(length×width×depth).
The ceramic zinc kettle is once-forming by high-temperature
resistant castable.

2.2 Hot dip galvanizing furnace: heating rod
The heating equipment adopts the special hot-dip galvanized heating
rod made of international advanced
resistance wire material, which has high efficiency and long
service life. The heaters are respectively utilized
with SSR modules, and intelligent instruments are used to control
the power regulator to achieve continuous
heating power adjustment from zero to full load. This scheme has
high control precision, no fault,
maintenance-free, and no pollution to the power grid. Heating rod
size:Φ60x850mm, 10kw per piece.
There is a total of 24 heating rods.
2.3Electric control
The intelligent temperature control instrument control system is
used to operate. When the medium temperature
is close to the set value, the electric heating control system
performs PID calculation according to the
temperature sensor signal of the output port, and automatically
adjusts the temperature control system.
To meet the process temperature provided by the hot dip galvanizing
heating furnace, the heating temperature
is controlled within ±2 degrees.The hot dip galvanizing furnace
adopts intelligent automatic control, with digital
current display, automatic temperature control display, branch
heating plate temperature control display, leakage
protection device, temperature control over-temperature alarm
device.
2.4centrifugal zinc recycling device
The zinc recycling device uses the centrifugal force to recover
zinc. Centrifugal basket size: 400*370mm(dia*height);
motor power: 7.5kw, rotation speed: 750RPM.

4.Post-sales Service
The HDG furnace is warranted for 13 months from the date of
shipment. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or
replacing the broken parts if faults are caused by manufacture
defects, but damages caused by faulty operation by the workers
are to be repaired by the buyer itself or by the seller at a
certain rate of charge. (Easy-worn parts, and natural consumption
of
high temperature parts are not included in the warranty.)
