NYCSUL two-wire ultrasonic level meters are intelligent non-contact
liquid level measuring instruments. The product has automatic power
adjustment, gain control, temperature compensation, the use of
advanced detectiorand calculation technology, interference signal
suppression function, thus findamentally improve the
measuringaccuracy of the instrument, to ensure the authenticity of
the measurement results. Products can be widely used for liquid
level measurement of various liquids, but also for distance
measurement.
NYCSUL-501 High-precision Ultrasonic Level Meter Working Principle
The ultrasonic level gauge is installed on the top of the
container. Under the control of the electronic unit, the probe
sends a beam of ultrasonic pulse to the object to be measured. The
sound wave is reflected by the object surface, and part of the
reflected echo is received by the probe and converted into
electrical signals. The level change is determined according to the
time difference between the transmission of the ultrasonic wave and
the re reception of the ultrasonic wave and the known sound speed.
