for accurately controlling different pneumatic regulating valves.
Electric/gas valve positioner: This positioner is designed for industrial applications that
require high precision control. It accepts input control signals
ranging from 4 to 20 mA.
Electric valve positioner: This positioner is integrated into the electric actuator and comes
equipped with a built-in control algorithm to provide stable
performance. It is perfect for long-term and stable operation.
Features:
The air capacity of this product is high and it offers simple
attachment to common linear and rotary actuators. It can be
directly attached to SAMSON, NAMUR rib, rod-type yokes according to
IEC 60534-6-1, rotary actuator attachment according to VDI/VDE
3845, and attachment according to VDI/VDE 3847.
Position sensing is non-contact while the device offers plain-text
display with NAMUR Recommendation NE 107 states and messages. It
also has integrated diagnostic functions and can be operated easily
with a one-knob, menu-driven operation. The LCD screen can be
easily read in any mounting position thanks to the selectable
reading direction.
It can be configured with a computer over the SSP interface using
the TROVIS-VIEW software. It also has variable automatic start-up
with four different initialization modes. In case of emergency, it
offers sub (substitution) initialization mode for the positioner to
be started up without having to change the valve position.
All parameters are saved in non-volatile EEPROM while it operates
on a two-wire system with a small electrical load of 465 Ω. It also
offers adjustable tight-closing function and continuous zero
monitoring.
