Product Introduction:
The long arm spot welding machine is our DTN series fixed point
projection spot welding machine, customized with a long welding arm
for welding special workpiece. The spot welder is a dual purpose
welding machine produced by our company, mainly used for welding
low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and some non-ferrous metals. It
can also achieve welding between plates, between plates and
projection welding nuts and bolts.
Features:
(1) . The lowering and rising speed of the pressure head can be
adjusted at will, which alleviates the pressure impact on the work
and reduces the noise;
(2) The secondary conductor adopts the upper insulation mode, and
the insulation performance is stable and reliable;
(3) The main circuit adopts water-cooled high-power silicon
controlled rectifier module, with strong, stable and reliable
output;
(4) The water circuit elements are all made of copper and stainless
steel, and equipped with visual water flow display to display the
water flow;
(5) The operation is controlled by foot switch, with high
production efficiency and low labor intensity；

The Upper Electrode:The upper electrode moves vertically up and down in the linear
guide, with high precision in repeated positioning, thus ensuring
accurate welding points.
The Pressure Component:The descent and ascent speed of the pressure head can be adjusted
arbitrarily, which alleviates the pressure impact on the workpiece
and reduces noise.

1. When can you arrange shippment?
The shippment is 15 days after getting deopsit, but customized
machines should be more than 25 days.
2.Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, each step of production products will be came out inspection
by QC department before shipping.

provide customize service according to your requirement.

and waterproof membrane. No damage happened during transportation
until now.
