This device utilizes a milling cutter to segment a multi-connected PCB board along a pre-programmed path at high speeds, replacing manual, V-CUT, or PUSH cutting methods that may result in defects. This improves product quality and minimizes scrap rates. The machine employs a WindowsXP-based human-machine interface with a straightforward and intuitive design. It features an automatic cutting path correction system and a high-resolution CCD for programming, supporting both block and single-step program editing and modification. The dual-platform PCB loading and unloading mechanism operates interactively, reducing machine downtime and achieving optimal production efficiency.

Main features

1. Equipped with a high-pixel CCD magnifying lens, the device offers auxiliary program teaching and editing functions, enhancing accuracy, precision, and image resolution.

2. The automatic MARK point positioning and correction system provides real-time display of the moving path and simulated router tracking, ensuring clarity at a glance. The automatic alignment correction function enhances cutting accuracy, allowing machine vision to perform automatic routing if the PCB deviates within 3mm. This reduces the accuracy requirements for board placement and significantly boosts work efficiency.

3. The device supports copying of left and right worktables, block copying, display, multi-angle connection board copying, single-step tracking modification, and block editing modification functions, simplifying program production time and improving editing efficiency.

4. The vacuum cleaner, equipped with a high-power imported fan and a 10V high-voltage static elimination device, offers an ideal vacuuming effect with reduced noise.

5. The tool life monitoring system automatically raises and lowers the cutter to another uncut blade after a certain cutting distance, with customizable up and down distance and frequency settings to extend cutter life based on blade length.

6. The transparent safety door design provides clear visibility of the process. The door can be opened in two ways: emergency stop for safety during processing and 50% deceleration for programmers to monitor the machining process while the program is running.

7. The PCB substrate undergoes two-stage continuous sliding processing to minimize waiting time and maximize production.
