Working Steps of the Filling Machine
1.Liquid Transfer:
Liquid is pumped through pipes into the machine's hopper.
2.Piston Movement:
The servo motor rotates, driving the piston downwards to draw liquid from the hopper into the piston.
3.Bottle Placement:
The conveyor moves, positioning empty bottles at the filling station.
4.Bottle Stop:
Once the designated number of bottles is in place, the conveyor halts.
5.Filling Process:
The nozzles lower into the bottle openings, and the servo motor rotates, pushing the piston upwards to dispense liquid. As the nozzles open, the liquid flows through, filling each bottle.
