Raymond mill is a kind of grinding equipment widely used in fields
such as mines, building materials and chemical industry. It is
composed of main machine, analyzer, blower, cyclone separator,
pipeline and its ancillary equipment. The material enters the main
machine cavity through the feeder. Under the action of centrifugal
force, the grinding ring swings outward and presses against the
grinding ring. The shovel lifts the material and feeds it between
the grinding ring and the grinding roller. After extrusion, the
material is crushed. Under the control of the analyzer, the
products that meet the requirements are collected by the cyclone
separator. Materials that do not meet the requirements continue to
be extruded and crushed.

Characteristics: It is a relatively common Raymond mill in the
market. It has strong integrity and forms an independent production
system from the feeding of materials to the formation of finished
powder. The grinding rollers and grinding rings of this series are
larger in size, increasing the grinding area and resulting in
higher output. Moreover, the finished product has uniform particle
size and a wide adjustable range of fineness.
Application fields: Suitable for many industries such as mines,
metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials. It can be
used to grind non-flammable and explosive minerals with Mohs
hardness not greater than 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as
quartz, feldspar, porcelain clay, pottery clay, glass, kaolin,
bentonite, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, clay, white mud and
gypsum.
