The 1000mm Four Roll Tungsten Molybdenum Reversible Hot Rolling
Mill features a four-high configuration, with work rolls made of
tungsten molybdenum alloy. This material provides excellent wear
resistance and allows for high-precision rolling of thin and
ultra-thin materials.
The 4-hi reversible rolling mill is equipped with a hydraulic
Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) system, which precisely controls the
roll gap and maintains tight thickness tolerances throughout the
rolling process. The AGC system uses hydraulic cylinders,
servo-valves, and high-resolution linear encoders to automatically
adjust the roll gap in response to changes in the material
thickness.
The reversible design of the mill allows the material to be passed
back and forth through the rolls, enabling multiple passes and
higher reduction ratios. This improves the overall efficiency and
productivity of the rolling process.
- The mill's main components include the main frame, hydraulic roll
changing device, transmission base, hydraulic system, and
electronic control system. The transmission system utilizes a
combination of support rollers and work rollers to provide high
rolling forces and stable, uniform motion.
- The mill is capable of handling a wide range of input and output
specifications, with the ability to process materials from 3mm to
500mm in width and 0.2mm to 4mm in thickness. The maximum rolling
force is 6000kN, and the maximum rolling speed can reach 50m/min
for plate products and 60m/min for strip products.
- Hydraulic AGC system with functions like constant roll gap
control, constant roll force control, constant thickness control,
and tension/speed control.
- Positive and negative bending of the work rolls, and positive
bending of the intermediate rolls for shape control.
- Intermediate roll shifting mechanism for compensation of strip
width and shape variations.
- Double-station roll changing carriage for quick work roll and
intermediate roll changeovers.
- Air-oil lubrication for the roll system, turning rolls, and oil
removal rolls to improve bearing life and reduce maintenance.
- X-ray thickness gauge for precise thickness measurement and
control.
- Fully integrated digital automation and control system utilizing
PLC, AC drives, and remote I/O.
