3 in 1 phlogopite tape uses high-quality phlogopite as the base material, glass fiber fabric and OPE film as reinforcement materials, with good fire-resistant insulation performance and strong tensile strength, suitable for fire-resistant insulation layer in fire-resistant cables, and maintain insulation capability under flames for certain period of time. With fire-resistant temperature up to 750℃-830℃,

3 in 1 phlogopite tape can pass RoHS, REACH, and ELV tests. It's free from asbestos neither any other hazardous substances. Thickness options:0.12±0.02(302)0.14±0.02(304)0.16±0.02(306).

Phlogopite is soft, widely used in Class B fire-resistant cables due to competitive cost. However, due to the limitation of temperature resistance (phlogopite releases crystal water at 800℃), it is difficult to meet the requirements of Class A fire-resistant cables.
