3000L/H Insulation Oil Purifier Function:
The function of vacuum oil filter is to eliminate the particles,
water, gas and other pollutants in the oil, and reduce the acid
value. Make the oil dielectric strength, water content, gas
content, acid value, dielectric loss and other key indicators to
meet the requirements of qualified specifications, as far as
possible to ensure the safe operation of users' electrical
equipment.
Vacuum Insulation Oil Purifier Description:
1. Vacuum Insulation Oil Purifier is a dehydration and degassing
unit with thermal and double-stage vacuum processing.
2. Vacuum Insulation Oil Purifier is mainly used to improve the
properties of insulating oils in electric power transformer and
other oil filed electrical equipment. It can remove dissolved and
free water, dissolved gas and particulate impurities effectively so
as to increase special indexes of insulation oil.
3.Combines vacuum flashing evaporation technology and delaminating
gradual-close filter technology to reach best performance of oil
purification. Meanwhile, by integrating efficient thermal and
double-stage vacuum, the breakdown voltage is highly improved,
which can be increased from 25kV to over 70kV.
4. Maintains an optimized structure and safe controls as as to meet
compresive requirement of transformer manufacturers and service

What is Oil Purifier?
Oil filter is a filter device which uses gravity centrifugal
pressure vacuum distillation mass transfer and other technical
methods to remove the oxidation by-products and moisture of
mechanical impurities in impure oil. Oil filter is mainly used to
improve the cleanliness of mechanical and electrical oil, so that
it can play the best performance and extend the service life of
equipment.
