HT-300FDA Freeze dryer Purpose:

Vacuum freeze dryer is widely used in medicine, pharmacy, biological research, Chemical industry, food and other fields. The freeze-dried articles are easy to be stored for a long time. * The transparent door of drying bin is made of aviation acrylic material, with no adhesion, high strength and no leakage. The change process of materials can be clearly observed during operation.

* Imported brand compressor, stable and low noise.

* Brand Vacuum Pump with high pumping speed and low noise.

* Pre Freeze Drying is carried out in situ, which reduces the cumbersome operation in the drying process and realizes the automation of the freeze drying process.

* Silicone oil is used as circulating medium, with high temperature control accuracy, shelf temperature difference ≤ 1 ℃, and uniform drying effect.

* Shelf pre freezing temperature is adjustable, controllable, groping, pilot test and production process.

* The separation design of dry chamber and cold trap chamber not only realizes the standard of drug grade pilot machine, but also greatly improves the water capture efficiency and capacity.

* Multiple sets of programs can be stored. Each program can be programmed to set the pre freezing section and drying section. The program parameters can be modified during the operation of the freeze dryer, and the drying curve and data can be recorded.

The electric defrosting of cold trap improves the defrosting speed and safety through two control modes of temperature and time;

Vacuum regulating system: vacuum degree is regulated during sublimation and analytical drying process to avoid foaming, bottle blowing and accelerating freeze-drying efficiency of special substances. (optional)
