In deep cooperation with Southeast University, we jointly design
and develop a variety of fluidized bed dry incineration
technologies, specializing in providing one-stop overall solutions
for sludge drying, sludge incineration and sludge resource
treatment.

• The moisture content of the material is highly inclusive
It can handle a variety of sludge raw materials including municipal
sludge and industrial sludge, and the water content of incoming
sludge can reach up to about 80%.
•Safety high temperature drying
Make full use of drying technology, effectively avoid sludge powder
explosion, improve the safety and reliability of the system.
•Efficient and energy-saving dry incineration process
The adiabatic furnace ensures the self-sustained incineration of
low-calorific value sludge, which can make the sludge with 1000kcal
calorific value self-sustained incinerate above 850ºC without
adding auxiliary fuel.. The waste heat of the system is fully
utilized, and the flue gas temperature of the boiler outlet is
about 200 ° C to achieve the most efficient energy saving and
environmental protection.
