I. Car Door
Door Panel:
The material is usually stainless steel or other strong and durable
materials, with a certain strength and aesthetics. Stainless steel
doors are corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and can withstand
collisions and wear in daily use.
The size of the door panel is determined according to the
specifications and design requirements of the elevator, and the
general height is about 2 meters and the width is between 0.9
meters and 1.2 meters. Different types of elevators, such as
passenger elevators, freight elevators, etc., the size of the door
panel will be different.
Door unit:
Drive motor: It is the core component of the door machine device,
which is responsible for providing power to open and close the car
door. Common drive motors are AC motors and DC motors, and their
power depends on the weight and opening speed of the elevator door.
Transmission device: usually composed of belts, chains, gears,
etc., which transmit the power of the driving motor to the car door
to realize the movement of the door. The drive is designed to
ensure smooth and reliable operation of the door while minimizing
noise and vibration.
Control system: control the car door opening, closing action, and
signal interaction with the elevator control system. The control
system can automatically adjust the opening and closing speed of
the door according to different situations, such as the running
state of the elevator and the operation of passengers.
