Description of Rohde and Schwarz RTB2002 or RTB2004
The R&S RTB2002 or RTB2004 features a customized Rohde &
Schwarz engineered 10-bit A/D converter thatdelivers a fourfold
improvement compared to conventional 8-bit A/D converters.The
increasedresolution results in sharper waveforms with more signal
details that would otherwise be missed. Oneexample is the
characterization of switched-mode power supplies. The voltages
across the switchingdevice must be determined during the on/off
times within the same acquisition.
The R&S RTB2002 or RTB2004 offers a class-leading memory depth:
