Specific installation requirements of circular saw blades:
1,The equipment is in good condition, the main shaft has no
deformation, no diameter jump, the installation is fixed firmly, no
vibration and so on.
2,Check whether the saw blade is damaged, whether the tooth profile
is complete, whether the saw plate is smooth and smooth, and
whether there are other abnormal phenomena to ensure the safety of
use.
3,When assembling, make sure that the direction of the saw blade
arrow is consistent with the rotation direction of the equipment
spindle.
4,When the saw blade is installed, it is necessary to keep the
shaft, chuck and flange clean, the inner diameter of the flange is
consistent with the inner diameter of the saw blade, ensure that
the flange is tightly combined with the saw blade, install the
positioning pin, and tighten the nut. The size of the flange should
be appropriate, and the outer diameter should not be less than 1/3
of the diameter of the saw blade.
5,Before starting the equipment, ensure that it is safe to have a
single person operate the equipment, point idle, check whether the
equipment steering is correct, there is no vibration, after the saw
blade is installed, idling for a few minutes, no slippage, swing or
jump after normal work.
Analysis of vibration characteristics of column of NC forming gear
grinding machine:
1,In order to reduce the influence of vibration characteristics of
the column on machining accuracy, the mathematical equations of
vibration and displacement response of the column were established
based on the theory of mechanical vibration, and the influence of
different structural parameters on vibration characteristics of the
column was analyzed based on the finite element software ANSYS.
2,The results show that it is an effective way to improve the
vibration characteristics of the column in a certain design range
of wall thickness by adding reinforcing bars in a reasonable
layout.
3,The first order natural frequency of the designed column is
increased by 10.9% and the larger deformation is reduced by 25.5%.
Finally, the vibration test of the designed machine tool is carried
out, and the column shows good vibration characteristics. The
research provides a basis for reducing the influence of vibration
on machining accuracy and dynamic optimization design of column.
