H100 bus controller, aiming at the requirements of high-speed operation, real-time control and multi-scenario application of conveyor lines, integrates automatic generation of conveyor
line topology and zero pressure product between sections by using edge control algorithm, bus communication and Internet of Things technology. Functions such as playback (ZPA) and one-click parameter configuration greatly shorten on-site debugging time.
The spring-type sensor interface is used, and the power cord adopts puncture access method to facilitate on-site installation and implementation.
The industrial Ethernet bus can transmit various motor operation and system status data, providing basic guarantee for value-added services such as statistical analysis and predictable equipment maintenance.
