    1. Curing agent 30%-70% : (accounting for resin weight: the amount of curing agent added depends on the ambient temperature, raw sand temperature and curing speed) 3. Sand mixing process: First mix the original sand and curing agent for 30-60 seconds, then add the resin and mix for 30-60 minutes, preferably evenly. 4. After the sand mixing is completed, please shape or core immediately to avoid resin failure
    * Precautions: 1. It is suitable for the production of various grades of gray iron, ductile iron, cast steel and alloy parts. It is suitable for both small batch production of single pieces and large batch assembly line production. 2. Resin and curing agent should be stored separately.
