The laying nests, separated by sides and plastic curtains, are
quiet and comfortable, keeping the hens separated
from other areas. These nests are located exclusively on the second tier,
allowing laying hens to lay their eggs in
total comfort and ease.The gentle slope of the floor allows the eggs to roll smoothly down
to the collecting belt,
preventing sagging or breakage.The nest floor is covered with a soft AstroTurf mat, designed to
prevent the
accumulation of dust, feathers, or manure while providing a natural sensation for the hens’ feet and promoting
air circulation. Thanks to this feature, the floor remains a clean and perfect place for laying eggs.The special design
of the nests minimizes the risk of breakage or floor eggs and
ensures zero overcrowding stress. The expulsion
system, which can be operated by the operator, gently raises the
mat, leading the hens to exit the nest and facilitating
cleaning operations.
Perches
The design of the perches is aimed at providing a firm grip for the
hens, facilitating their jumps and flights within
the system structure to easily reach every tier. The special 45° inclination
helps the hens move between different
tiers and across various perching areas, encouraging mobility and thus enhancing
productivity. The solid and stable
structure features a smooth and even surface, which allows for easy cleaning.
