Equipped with a versatile lifting mechanism, the swing tube's height on this device can be seamlessly altered. This capability enables the device to adapt to varying product sizes and test specifications by adjusting the tube's height and inclination, ultimately leading to optimized testing performance.

• The counterweight is added at the bottom of the case to lower the center of gravity of the case and make the device more stable when swinging.
• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When it is short of water, it will alarm.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the control cabinet, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵.
• The swing tube is driven by a servo motor, with precise swing angle and low noise.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Stainless steel counterweights are added at both ends of the swing tube to improve the fluency of swing and reduce the shaking range of the swing tube.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.

7 The swing pipe can be equipped with a variety of specifications, which can be selected according to the sample size range (satisfying the spray distance <200mm), please confirm clearly before placing an order.

8 The specifications of swing pipe for IPX3/4 rain test, as shown in the figure below:

9 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.

10 When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.
