How often can I breathe the system?
The Hydrogen Inhaler operates quietly and smoothly. Simply add
distilled water, plug it in, and inhale hydrogen at your
convenience using the single inlet cannula connected to the

Start with a half-hour session per day, gradually increasing to
half-hour sessions in the morning and evening after a few days.
Within a week or two, increase to an hour in the morning and an
hour in the evening, allowing breaks between sessions for your body
to return to its normal state.
