The working principle of the DTF powder shaker mainly revolves
around the process of evenly sprinkling hot melt powder on the heat
transfer film, and ensures the adhesion of the powder and the
quality of the final pattern through a series of mechanical
operations.
Heat transfer film introduction:
Introduce the printed heat transfer film into the powder shaker.
This step is to position the heat transfer film to the powder
sprinkling area in preparation for the subsequent powder sprinkling
operation.
Even powder sprinkling:
After the heat transfer film is positioned, the powder shaker uses
harmonic vibration to evenly sprinkle the hot melt adhesive powder
on the pattern on the heat transfer film. During this process, the
powder shaker controls the vibration frequency and intensity to
ensure that the powder can be evenly and delicately attached to the
pattern surface to avoid accumulation or omission.
Powder shaking treatment:
After the powder sprinkling is completed, the powder shaker
performs a powder shaking operation. The purpose of this step is to
shake off the excess hot melt powder from the heat transfer film,
ensuring that only the powder attached to the pattern is retained.
The powder shaking operation is usually achieved by a powder
shaking rod or similar mechanism, which gently taps the back of the
heat transfer film to make the excess powder fall off.
Transfer and drying:
After the powder shaking process, the heat transfer film will be
transferred to the drying tunnel or other drying equipment for
drying. During the drying process, the high temperature will melt
the hot melt powder and closely combine with the pattern on the
heat transfer film to form a solid pattern layer. After drying, the
heat transfer film can be used for subsequent hot stamping
operations.

firmly attaching hot melt powder to the heat transfer film through
