Samsung SonoaceX8 Ultrasound Machine Features

The Samsung Medison SonoAce X8 is a mid-range cart-based ultrasound machine for OB/GYN and cardiac applications. The SonoAce X8 was initially manufactured by Medison starting in 2007 until Samsung acquired the company in 2010.

The SonoACE X8 has several OB/GYN features, including 4D imaging. With 4D, sonographers and clinicians can show expecting parents their unborn child’s face and diagnose some conditions before birth, such as cleft lip.

Besides OB/GYN applications, the SonoAce X8 supports several modalities, including cardiac, vascular, MSK, abdominal, and anesthesiology. It has three probe ports and an HD 17-inch LCD monitor, which shows ultrasound scans in high-quality and excellent contrast.
