Three kinds of plate loading ways for your option:
Technical advantages:
1. Break through the traditional optical fiber technology
limitation, and divide a laser beam into 256 channels of small
laser beams that can be separately controlled, doubling the output
speed; the square screen dot printed on the plate, with a sharp
edge feature and a rectangular-step-shaped distribution of energy,
makes the image clearer, 10 times more accurate than 200lpi AM
screening and the color saturation is increased by over 21%.
2. Use a light valve device to divide a laser beam generated from
the single-source laser into 256 channels of small laser beams with
even energy and its exposure screen dots are highly consistent.
3. The square screen dot with a sharp edge feature makes the image
clearer, and 10 times more accurate than 200lpi AM screening and
the color saturation is increased by over 21%.
4. Higher efficiency, lower loss plate making with 256 channels of
small laser beams, output speed doubled while drum speed only
20%-50% of the conventional.
