Introduction of Polyester Dryer Screen
The most commonly used dryer mesh is made of polyester. According
to the difference in dryer mesh weaving and manufacturing, it is
also divided into round polyester dryer mesh and flat polyester
dryer mesh.
According to the general use effect of dryer mesh, flat yarn is
better than round yarn. On the one hand, the flat yarn structure
can provide a better paper contact surface, thereby reducing the
probability of dryer mesh marks. On the other hand, due to the
difference in geometric structure, flat yarn is better than round
yarn in controlling dirt and dirt of adhesives.

Applications of Polyester Dryer Screen
Polyester woven dryer fabric is widely used in papermaking, mining,
food, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, rubber and other
industries. It can also be used as a conveyor belt and laminating
machine supporting belt. It is mainly used in the drying section to
tightly wrap or carry paper, especially to ensure the transfer of
wet paper webs; the flat and fine mesh design gives the paper good
surface smoothness; the appropriate air permeability design matches
the water evaporation requirements of paper webs at different
positions; and it can also meet the operation requirements of the
drying section under harsh conditions such as high temperature,
high humidity, and extreme acidity and alkalinity.
