• The capsules are automatically denested and dropped into the capsule module plates one by one.

Cup Feeding

• Effortlessly load cups with the automated cup feeding system.
• The loading device can be interchanged to accommodate various coffee capsule sizes as per your requirements.

Servo Auger Filling Station

• Equipped with a nitrogen flushing feature within the 10L transparent hopper for enhanced visibility; powered by a renowned Schneider servo motor for auger filling.
• Includes a mixing system to ensure an even powder level, enhancing filling precision.
• Utilizes a tuning fork-type level sensor for automated stuff feeding control.
• Features a flexible movable hopper for easy cleaning; the hopper can be conveniently pulled out for maintenance.

Coffee Filling with Nitrogen Flushing

• Automatically vacuum suction and convey coffee powder during the filling process.
• Auger filling is precisely controlled by a servo motor.
• Incorporates a nitrogen filling system to flush nitrogen from empty capsules to the heat seal station.

Capsule Sealing System

• Automatically picks and positions lids for sealing.
• Utilizes Omron brand technology for automatic heat sealing, line sealing, and flat sealing.
• Copper sealing material ensures even heat distribution for superior sealing effectiveness.
• Easy mold size adjustment for seamless customization.
