The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Antigen Rapid Test Kit is an in
vitro visual read test kit for the qualitative determination of
HPV16/18E6 & E7 oncoproteins in cervical swabs from women. It is
designed to detect HPV antigens in individuals to aid in the
diagnosis of cervical pre-cancer and cancer.

HPV virus, known as human papillomavirus, is a genus of
papillomavirus vacuolar virus A belonging to the family
Papillomaviridae, which is a spherical DNA virus. It causes
proliferation of the squamous epithelium of human skin and mucous
membranes, and is one of the viruses that have received much
attention in recent years
Among them are HPV types 16 and 18, etc. These types of HPV
infections are closely related to the occurrence of cervical
cancer, oral cancer, rectal cancer, esophageal cancer and other
malignant diseases.

1. Prepare materials:
Remove all components from the kit, make sure all materials are
intact, and check expiration dates according to instructions.

3, Sample handling:
Swab the collected sample into a test tube and mix it thoroughly
with the solution
4,Waiting for the reaction time:
Cover and shake 10 times
5,Drop in the test card
After dropping the solution onto the test card, wait for 15 minutes
to allow the reaction to fully take place.
During this time, do not move or open the bottle as this may affect
the test results.
6. Read the result:
Observe whether the card inside the box is open or not, and judge
the result according to the “Positive”, “Negative” or “Invalid”
shown on the card. Negative” or ‘Invalid’ on the card to determine
the test result.
A positive result indicates a possible infection with HPV 16/18; a
negative result indicates no infection or detection of either type
of HPV; and if the result is invalid, the test needs to be
repeated.
