Rubber Balls Provide Excellent Sealing in Flow Control Applications
such as Pumps and Check- Valves.
Rubber balls are of various types depending on their area of
applications. There are molded rubber balls,
precision ground balls which are manufactured as per exact
specifications. The commercial grade rubber balls
are produced as per industrial requirements. Ther are sponge rubber
balls, rubber cleaning balls, rubber balls
used in check valves and many more.
Properties of Rubber Balls
- Depending on the rubber material, there are different properties of
rubber balls. However,
- most rubber balls are manufactured with one or more of the
following properties:
- Corrosion-resistant
- Soft
- Limited in heat resistance than metals, ceramics, glasses, or
carbides
- Have good electrical insulation properties
- Good self-lubricating properties
- High degree of flexibility and elasticity
- High reversible elongation
Natural Rubber Features:
Natural rubber was originally derived from latex found in the sap
of rubber trees. The purified form of natural
rubber can also be produced synthetically. Natural rubber is an
ideal polymer for dynamic or static engineering
applications.
Caution: Natural rubber is not recommended for applications where
the rubber part will be exposed to ozone,
oils, or solvents.

Model Inspection:After the mold development or mold cleaning finished on the

product specifications and quality.
Production Inspection:The production process of the product inspection personnel timing
semi-finished
product inspection, ensure the quality of the rationality of
technology, defective rate control in a reasonable range.
