This 1.3-inch TFT LCD display module offers a 240x240 resolution
with RGB pixel arrangement and supports a wide viewing angle (ALL
O'clock), making it ideal for use in devices where visual clarity
is critical. Equipped with a touchscreen (using a CHSC6413 CTP IC),
it allows for intuitive interaction with the display. It supports
262K display colors, ensuring vibrant and accurate color
reproduction.
The module operates with an SPI interface and is driven by the
GC9A01 driving IC, which ensures efficient performance. With an
operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, and a storage
temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, this display is designed to
work in a broad range of environmental conditions.
The display features a brightness of 380 cd/m², making it suitable
for various lighting environments, though not as bright as the
previous module (420 cd/m²), it's still highly visible in most
settings. The module operates within a voltage range of 2.5V to
3.3V, which is typical for low-power devices.
