Packing and Shipping
1.Individual Packaging: Each battery is packed in an
impact-resistant, shockproof, and moisture-resistant protective
foam and secured within a high-strength corrugated cardboard box or
wooden crate.
2.Inner Packaging: Batteries are enclosed in anti-static bags or
bubble wrap to prevent electrostatic discharge and physical damage.
3.Palletization: For bulk orders, the individual battery packages
are stacked and secured on industrial-grade wooden pallets, using
stretch wrap and plastic straps for stability during transit.
4.Mode of Transportation:
Air Freight: For faster delivery, batteries are shipped by
certified air carriers. Batteries are packed following IATA
(International Air Transport Association) guidelines for the
transportation of lithium batteries by air.
Sea Freight: Larger bulk orders are transported by sea, with secure
containerization to protect against moisture, salt, and other
environmental factors.
Land Freight: For regional deliveries, we provide trucking services
with secure, climate-controlled conditions when necessary.
