Use Method

‌The use of the steel ruler water level meter mainly includes the following steps‌:

1‌.Preliminary preparation‌:

Make sure that the appearance of the steel ruler water level meter is not damaged, the scale is clear and readable, and the battery is fully charged. For electronic water level meters, it is also necessary to check whether the display screen is normal and whether there is an error code prompt.

‌2.Measurement operation‌:
•Loosen the fixing screws behind the winding reel, let the winding reel rotate freely, remove the probe, and press the power button (water level gear, the power indicator light is on).
•Put the probe into the water level pipe, hold the steel ruler cable in your hand, and let the probe move slowly downward, trying not to let the cable touch the pipe wall to extend the service life.
•When the contact of the probe touches the water surface, the sounder of the receiving system will emit a continuous buzzing sound. At this time, record the depth size of the steel ruler cable at the pipe mouth, which is the distance of the groundwater level from the pipe mouth.
•If the buzzer is not audible when measuring in a noisy environment, you can use the peak indication instead. Just turn the selection switch on the instrument panel to the voltage gear, and the measurement accuracy at this time is the same as the accuracy measured by the sounder.

‌3.Post-measurement processing‌: Clean the water or stains on the probe and the steel ruler cable, neatly wind the steel ruler cable on the reel, insert the probe into the fixing slot, and tighten the fixing screws.
