Introduction

This is an inline automated PCBA routing machine designed for precision and efficiency. The PCBA is securely mounted on a jig for automatic routing on the bottom side. Upon completion of the routing process, the machine employs a nozzle suction system to seamlessly pick up and place both the PCBA and its jig together. Omnipotence vacuum suction chuck for picking, placing , unloading, and production.

Composite unloading system, used the ESD anti-static belt to transport the separated product on the top side, and the waster is transported on the bottom side, save much space by this method.
