What is the role of beveling the long arm plate?
The melting depth of the welding machine commonly used in the industry is only 3mm thick. The plate thickness of our long arm is at least 8mm. If the beveling is not opened, the welding machine will not be able to penetrate the entire weld, so the welding effect will be poor, and the weld cracking and other problems will occur later.

Plasma cutting machine
Plates less than 30mm thick are plasma cut, while those over 30mm are flame cut. Plasma cutting deformation is 0.1 mm.CNC plasma cutting with less panel deformation.
Double sided boring machine
Improved accuracy and consistency: Since the boring pin operations on both sides of the double-sided boring machine are performed simultaneously, the machining accuracy and consistency on both sides can be guaranteed.

Beveling machine

Mechanical beveling is used instead of flame beveling, and only 2mm plate thickness is reserved for beveling, so that the plate and welding material can be better welded. By beveling, the welding machine can penetrate the entire weld, and it is not easy to cause problems such as weld cracking.

The general operating height of tunnel arms is 4-6 meters.

When operating, part of the triangular hammer is higher than the plane of the arm, which will scrape the top and make the operation inconvenient. The straight hammer will not have this problem. B. The design of the tunnel arm does not take into account the transportation height. Generally, the transportation of the tunnel arm of a large machine requires the removal of the breaker before transportation. The forearm of the tunnel arm is filled with materials to increase the weight of the tunnel arm, press down the breaker hammer, reduce the rebound force of the breaker hammer, and increase the crushing force.
