During polymerization, polyester materials like PTA and EG undergo
high temperature and pressure to become gel polymer. This gel
polymer is then spun and drawn into either staple fibers or
filament yarns.
Staple fibers are versatile and are widely used in both clothing
and industry. They can be cut short to resemble cotton, or twisted
into yarns. Additionally, they can be compressed into non-woven
fabrics and used in a variety of sectors including automotive,
construction, furniture, and agriculture.

Technical Parameters:
A conjugate fiber that maintains a hollow form offers a unique
advantage compared to other fibers. The fiber does not fill the
section, and the 3D crimp created using heterogeneous polymer
enhances its bulkiness and elasticity. As a result, the fiber
becomes light and warm, making it ideal for clothing and other
applications where warmth is needed.
Our lineup includes two types of fibers that use different
processes to provide distinct features. One product uses a special
silicon process to produce an ultra-soft feeling, while the other
uses a special oiling agent to create flame retardant properties
while maintaining a slick and smooth feel.
Applications:

Following the spinning and drawing process, the polymer is
transformed into staple fibers when cut short and given the
