60T Overturning Machine The Ultimate Flipping Solution for Wind Tower Production Line

1. The 60T overturning machine is mainly composed of a base mechanism, a flipping mechanism, a hydraulic mechanism, a V-flipping platform, an L-shaped flipping platform, and a pump station and electrical control system.
2. The base mechanism is mainly welded from H-shaped steel, and all welds are welded according to the requirements of equal strength welds. After welding, all welds are subjected to annealing heat treatment. The flipped bearing seat on the flat surface of the base is machined to ensure flatness. The base is divided into two structural components, and the two bases are connected by intermediate connecting beam bolts.
3. Note: All bases must be fixed to the ground with expansion bolts after installation.
4. The flipping mechanism is welded with H-shaped steel, and all welds are welded according to the requirements of equal strength welds. After welding, they are all subjected to annealing heat treatment. The flipping mechanism links the L-shaped flipping platform and the V-shaped flipping platform, and the V/L-shaped flipping platform is welded from H-shaped steel. The flipping mechanism is fixed on the base through the flipping shaft and bearing seat connection, achieving a 90°flipping.
5. The hydraulic mechanism is mainly composed of two sets of oil cylinders. One end of the oil cylinder is fixed on the flipping axis of the flipping mechanism, and the other end is fixed on the fixed base. The entire flipping platform is flipped 90°by pushing and pulling the two oil cylinders.
6. The hydraulic system includes two sets of flipping cylinders, pipelines and accessories, and a pump station. A balance valve is installed on two sets of flipping oil cylinders, which can maintain a constant pressure difference at the inlet end of the controlled flow valve, ensuring the accuracy of flow control, while allowing for small flow changes. The pump station mainly consists of an electric motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, etc.
7. The electronic control system includes a control panel and a wireless remote control. There are frequency converters, contactors, relays, and wiring terminals inside the electrical control cabinet. There are switch buttons and power indicators on the panel.
