PE series plastic pipe production line is mainly used for producing pipe of water supply and drainage in the field of agriculture and construction cable etc. This machine consists of vacuum calibration tank,haul off unit,cutting unit,stacker etc . The single screw extruder and haul off unit apply famous A/C frequency conversion speed regulation device,both vacum pump and driving motor apply famous brand .The haul-off unit includes two-claw type,three-claw type,four-claw type,six-claw type,eight-claw type,ten-claw type,twelve-claw type etc.Dust fre cutting machine ,saw blade cutting machine or planetary cutting machine can be applied,the property of machine group is reliable.The production efficiency is high with special device,it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe ,and core layer foam pipe.It can also produce PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PERT, Silicon core pipe etc .The planetary cutting machine is controlled automatically with computer,it has such advantages of simple operation,reliable performance etc. It has reached international advanced level.
This PVC pipe production line is widely used for producing PVC water supply pipe, drainage pipe and high voltage cable protection pipe. With CPVC pipe mold, it could also produce CPVC pipe. It is consist of SJSZ series extruder, mold, vacuum tank,spraying cooling tank, haul-off,cutting machine, stacker, and can produce PVC pipe from mixed powder directly.
The production line uses special designed screw and mould, which makes it easy forming, even plasticization, high capacity stable running and easy operation.

Product Application
1.The pipes are extruded by the first extruder and then enter the twist form machine, at the same time the basket co-extrusion mould forms pipes' shape. 2.The pipes are based on high density PE as main raw material.

Raw material+master batches→mixing → vacuum feeding → material dryness → single screw extruder → basket co-extrusion mould → calibrator → spray vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling water tank → belt haul-off → single screw glue extruder → winder → winding roller forming → water cooler → pipe rack → finished product inspecting&packing
