Capsule filters, also known as integrated filters, employ a pleated filter membrane with a large filtration surface area, making them suitable for filtering larger volumes of solution. The exterior of this type of filter is made of polypropylene material, free from adhesives and other chemicals, ensuring no sample contamination. The filter comes in various pore sizes and can be autoclaved for sterilization.

XINNA's capsule filters feature a shell and support layer made of high-purity PES material, welded using contactless thermal fusion technology, which significantly enhances the pressure resistance of the filter casing. The product is quick to install, easy to use, offers high filtration efficiency, and minimal residue of the filtered liquid. It is widely used in biopharmaceutical applications such as filtration of culture media, buffer solutions, organic solvents, and other fluids.
