divided into different grades, such as YG, YT and YW . These grades

Manufacturing Process
- Raw material configuration:Select the configuration ratio according
to the alloy grade.
- ball milling: milling of various raw materials to achieve the
required particle size.

- Testing for fluidity and looseness: Detect the fluidity and
looseness of the powder.
- Pressing: Use a mold to press the raw material into shape.
- sintering: Sintering in a vacuum sintering furnace.
- Blank inspection: Test the physical properties of the sintered
blank.
- Grinding all over: Grinds the tool by grinding machines.
- Passivation: Inserts are passivated using a drilling and milling
machine.
- Finished product testing: Check whether the appearance, shape,
dimensions, etc. of the finely ground blade meet the requirements.
